Learning Experience Portfolio
Below, you will find just a brief summary of my time as an instructional designer and facilitator in the world of digital community through peeks into my work. More in-depth samples and videos are available upon request.
Cohort-Based Community Learning Experiences
I developed a signature group cohort learning program for my current company called accelerators. The brand was seeing low customer acquisition and member participation from live cohorts, but they were also seeing low engagement and finish rates from asynchronous learning experiences. The hybrid approach I developed instantly tripled finish rates of current members and raised activity rates across the community.
Evergreen Online Courses
I have developed and audited close to 50 online courses, mini-courses, and accompanying assessments utilizing instructional design principles such as backwards design, Universal Design for Learning, and active learning. In my current full-time role, I also project manage all online course-related developments and updates across all company teams. Relevant platform experience includes Circle, Kajabi, Teachable, Canva, Figma, Canvas LMS, Monday.com (project management,) iMovie, Descript, and Google Suite.
Live Workshops
I have facilitated over 100 live workshops, informational webinars, and engaging social events for a global community of 1,200 members. A number of these workshops also involved me as the instructional designer–creating engaging and accessible slidedecks and evergreen replays. Relevant platform experience includes Zoom, Circle, Demio, Descript, iMovie, Canva, Wistia, Keynote, Powerpoint, and Google Suite.
Supplemental Learning Resources
I have developed a variety of workbooks and templates to accompany online courses and other learning experiences, making the learning objective attainable through action and reflection. I am also skilled at making logic-based assessments utilizing automations and workflows. I have created fillable workbooks and spreadsheets using Canva, Google Docs and Sheets, Typeform, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe InDesign, and other media creation tools such as Figma.

In my current industry, I have been invited to do a variety of interviews about developing online courses, learning community experiences, and hybrid cohorts for the creator industry.
